Bocconi University, in partnership with the Financial Times will host the FTxBocconi Talent Challenge 2022, the third edition of a global competition on the hybrid world, taking place virtually 3-7 February 2022. Participants will compete in teams of people from all over the world to solve real business and strategic challenges through an exciting hackathon experience.

On February 4, 2022, I am hosting a round-table discussion on “Customer Experience” with

I am also teaching a class on Customer Experience for FTxBocconi participants later on Feb 4.

I will be involved with judging the event on Monday, February 7.
