    Congratulations to my student Shahryar Mohsenin who won the Best Student Presentation award at the 8th Mediterranean Symposium for Consumer Behavior Research held in Madrid. He presented our paper, “Disfluency Activates Heuristic Reasoning.”

    Bocconi University is seeking applicants for a Ph.D. program in Business Administration and Management in the area of Marketing. The Marketing faculty includes several scholars studying judgment and decision making including Joachim Vosgerau, Adam Greenberg, Uri Barnea, Heeyoung Yoon, and myself. Located in Milan, Italy.     An updated version of the working paper, “Not-so Easy Listening: Roots and Repercussions of Auditory Choice Difficulty in Voice Commerce” by Kurt Munz and Vicki Morwitz has been posted to SSRN. The title has changed to, “Sound Judgment: Evaluability and Memory in Speech-based Product Evaluation and Choice.”

After a user starts a new streak, we used to show them this screen to pick a “Streak Goal”

The kicker is we never stored this information anywhere, nor did we do anything with it!

It was a one-time fleeting interaction.
